Please read them carefully before making a purchase on this website, regardless of whether you have already made a purchase in the past, as ZICLOS reserves the right to modify them at any time. They will govern the entire process.

These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1998 on General Conditions of Contracting, Royal Decree 1906/1999 regulating telephone or electronic contracting with general conditions in development of article 5.3 of Law 7/1998, Law 26/1984 General for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, Royal Decree-Law 14/1999 regulating the Electronic Signature and any legal provisions that may be applicable.

The present Conditions regulate the legal relationship derived from the contracting processes formalized by the Users through the web page https://ziclos.com/. With the mere access to the portal, and with the purchase of products from it, the buyer acquires the status of user, and therefore it is understood that he accepts these conditions without reservation. In addition, the user declares that he/she is of legal age and has sufficient capacity to do so.

1. Products

All products marketed by Ziclos Circular Economy are duly described in its section, being always available to the interested party for any information needed about the product in question in the mail ziclos@ziclos.com providing product reference and additional information you need.

2. Pricing

The applicable prices are those shown on the website at the time the customer places the order, unless there is a typing error.

Prices are expressed in EUROS. The prices of Ziclos products shown on the website do not include VAT (Value Added Tax) and delivery costs.

3. Methods of payment

The user will be able to pay the price of the products purchased in the following way:
Bank card: Accepts Visa, Mastercard and Mastercad Maestro cards. The system refers to the Redsys secure payment gateway, where the card data will be requested.

In no case is any additional cost established to the price set for the product / s ordered depending on the selected payment system.

By entering the bank details you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of both the data and the accounts to which the charge is made.

4. Purchase process

The customer and user of Ziclos Circular Economy will select the products he/she wants and add them to the shopping list through the button ADD TO BASKET, where they will be stored until the user wants to GO TO THE CHECKOUT. In this panel you can make as many modifications as you consider with respect to the selected products.

To confirm the order, the customer must select COMPLETE PURCHASE, the relevant data will be requested to make it; Such data is subject to our privacy policy. The customer will have the option to subscribe to the Ziclos Circular Economy newsletter.

Once the data is confirmed, the payment process will begin, according to the option you have selected from those indicated above. The user will receive an email with the confirmation of the purchase made immediately.

Once the payment has been confirmed or the bank transfer has been deposited, as appropriate, we will proceed to prepare the shipment. For any modification after confirmation of purchase, please contact Ziclos Circular Economy at ziclos@ziclos.com.

5. Shipping and delivery options
Products purchased at the Ziclos Circular Economy store are subject to shipping costs, which vary according to location. Peninsular shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at the time the delivery address is specified.

6. Important:

About delivery times: Orders are processed every day until 13h. Orders arriving after 1pm, will be processed the next business day. During periods of special demand, such as Christmas, orders may take a little longer. Please contact us if you have any questions at ziclos@ziclos.com.

Please indicate in as much detail as possible the delivery address, contact details and a mobile phone number in case of any unforeseen event.

In the same way, we advise you to make any remarks during the processing of the order that may be important for its subsequent delivery in the Notes field of the order.

If, once an order has been placed, it cannot be placed within a normal period of time due to circumstances of stock availability, Ziclos Circular Economy will contact the buyer by any of the means provided in order to inform him/her of this incident and offer him/her the possibility of refunding the payment, changing the order or postponing the delivery.

7. Withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days without justification since you acquired material possession of the products.

For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain the instructions, documentation, accessories, seals and, as far as possible, its original packaging and labeling.
  • The return must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the Products in perfect condition.
  • The customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products, including shipping costs if applicable (no return costs).

In case of wrong or damaged products, the customer should contact us as soon as possible to correct the error through ziclos@ziclos.com. The customer must attach a photograph of what he/she received, and Ziclos Circular Economy will proceed to pick it up free of charge. If the customer chooses to exchange it for another product, the Ziclos customer will proceed to pay the difference if applicable. If you only want to return the product, Ziclos Circular Economy will proceed to make the full refund.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract will be governed by Spanish law, which will be applicable in what is not provided in this contract in terms of interpretation, validity and execution. In the cases in which the express waiver of jurisdiction is valid, it is designated for the incidents that arise the Courts of A Coruña as the competent ones for them.
